Ticket Processing Notice Ticket Processing Notice I understand that online ticket requests require 24-48 duty hours for processing. Duty hours are Monday-Friday, 0800-1530. If I need tickets sooner than the stated processing time, I understand that I must purchase them in person at the ITT office.
