  • In-process new Edwards Air Force Base employees – schedule fitness and drug testing, collect documentation, process security applications, and conduct briefings

  • POC and representative for complaints, grievances, hearings before third parties
  • POC on all workforce management issues, including conduct/performance issues and adverse actions
  • Guidance for employees on leave, absence, hours of work, compensation, drug and alcohol abuse, and reasonable accommodation
  • Provide referral regarding retirement polices and procedures, health and life insurance, workplace conflicts, military buy-back, and performance appraisals
