• Conduct reductions-in-force, provide technical assistance , and process data calls for EEO hearings, union grievances, etc
• POC for noncompetitive promotion, reassignment transfer, and change to lower grade Request for Personnel Actions (RPAs)
• In-process new Edwards Air Force Base employees – schedule pre-employment fitness and drug testing, collect documentation, process security applications, and conduct briefings
• Out-process for Edwards Air Force Base employees

• Provide referral regarding retirement polices and procedures, health and life insurance, workplace conflicts, military buy-back, and performance appraisals
