    Calling all runners!! Join us for the third annual Edwards AFB “Run with History” Half Marathon! Runners will have the opportunity to enjoy a Half Marathon, 10k or 5k mapped out on multiple Edwards AFB runways, including the World Famous “Rogers Dry Lakebed”. While blazing by various past, present and future Aircraft, runners will experience the One-of-a-Kind culture and landscape of Edwards AFB. There will be static displays and historical markers along the route as well as an exotic car exhibit located at the start/finish line. All runners will receive a participation medal and a souvenir t-shirt included in their low registration fee**. All registration ends as of October 6, 2017 so Hurry and sign up TODAY for this breathtaking Historical Event!!

  • R4R Team Cohesion Challenge

    Do you have the mental fortitude to take on the Team Cohesion Challenge? Our journey will take us between 10-12 miles carrying GORUCK SOP weight and stopping at historical destinations along the route. Once we get to the pool, the GRT’s will be getting wet and doing Amphibious Special Operations Exercises [BUD] Short Card, Basic Underwater Demolition Calisthenics on the pool deck and “Pays To Be A Winner Races.” Come in to Outdoor Recreation to sign up for the challenge as a squadron or on your own.
